It was great with variety, must have a good chef. the room was stuffy, kept having linkages

“Nice Stay with good location”

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms could have been a little cleaner, but still ok.

“Don't think I will return. Poor hotel under the SHERATON umbrella.”

Not much. Location is good. The food was very poor. Breakfast offers very little choice and almost no choice in fruit. On the restaurant menu they offer drinks of 33cl, but when you get your drink it is only 20cl. In the gym, half of the machines were even not plugged in, so couldn't be used

The new hotel sits in a good location, yet there’s an overwhelming push to extract money—sometimes you feel almost like a criminal paying for everything, you can’t use the bar or restaurant without pre‑paying, the pool is still unfinished and closed, the shower drain was clogged, and I had to request clean towels three times and toilet paper three times; after staying at Four Points in Dar es Salaam, this was a major let‑down.
