The staff was nice and answered any questions. The location was great. Waterpark was closed, the cleanliness of the hotel room and towels were not that great. The cleanliness of the hot tubs were not great. Elevators were broken

The spot was spot on, right by the beach and the pool, but the staff could use better computer or program knowledge; if you’re not a people person, maybe find another job.

Huge thanks for everything you’re doing—amazing work from the ladies in reservations, and the manager is excellent, helping everyone he can; we’re grateful for all your hard work that made our vacation great.

This place is falling apart fast: rooms, elevators, and hallways are filthy, and there’s a $49 hidden parking fee with zero amenities. The crumbling infrastructure is scary and the dirty elevators are unsafe.

The view is great.
