Suite Hotel

“Bizi otele almadılar ve para iadesi de yapmadılar. Bu otel dolandırdı bizi”

When we arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms left and that they didn’t take guests seriously. They didn’t let us in and didn’t refund our money. This hotel scammed us.

The place is just for sleeping and moving on, but you won’t be able to sleep there, and here’s why. You can’t sleep because they have bed bugs in the rooms, so don’t risk bringing them into your bags; find another hotel.

“Mess hole!”

Nothing! The same hotel as the Simge Suite! Absolute mess hole! Don’t book either hotel; you won’t stay in this mice‑infested hotel! See my other review for the pleasant photos of the hotel! Also be aware that if you refuse to stay at this hotel they won’t refund you and neither will they say it’s our fault!

The region and the city. The hotel or pension was absolutely rundown. The rooms were dirty and moldy. There was no proper bathroom, only a narrow small toilet with an integrated shower function. The toilet bowl was dirty and water ran continuously all night. There was also a very loud clientele with odd men, so my companion couldn’t stay alone there. In the bed there were bed bugs, fleas, or similar, so we got a different room the next day – which was also not much nicer. The hotel is absolutely not recommended and has nothing to do with what the photos show. The staff on site were helpful and made an effort, but aside from the nice employees this accommodation is an absolute disaster. The situation had serious health consequences for my partner: due to extremely strong itching and severe eczema she was admitted to the hospital yesterday, 23, and is still being treated there today, 24. I have comprehensive evidence in the form of photos and videos of the room and my partner’s injuries. I urgently need other or realistic pictures of this hotel. We had no choice but to stay in the hotel because all other hotels in the area were either fully booked or extremely overpriced, so we were essentially forced. I do not want to contact the hotel staff again after these health catastrophes. Since I booked through a third party, you are my direct contact.

“Hayatimde gorduğun en berbat ve en pis bir hotel”

Nothing bad, just a terrible place; I stayed only 4 hours. Everything was filthy inside.
