Very good value for money.
The old palace looked lovely—no bland 08/15 design hotel or chain vibe. Polish staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and had everything you need, though the pot coffee could be improved; a machine with options would be nice. The tram stop is a 3‑minute walk, the city centre and station 5‑10 minutes. The courtyard room avoids street noise, but you still hear the tram and cars at the parking lot. The worst part was the smokers in the courtyard; the smoke drifted straight into our 1st‑floor room, so opening the window was risky. A smoking area by the street would be better.
