“Una estancia comoda y excelente”

Traveling with six friends to Bogotá, the hotel sits right next to the Gold Museum and the city center, so everything is walkable, nightlife is lively and you don’t feel unsafe, which is normal for a big city. You can also find many restaurants, cafés, shops and parks nearby. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, beautiful, especially clean and roomy. Breakfast was delicious, as were the coffee and chocolate, and the views from outside the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we especially thank Camilo and Jared for making our stay pleasant and comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again. The only downside was hoping the elevator would work every day, haha.

Breakfast was good, the room was the right size, but sound in the rooms was awful—you can hear every single thing. Cleaning services at 06:00 with music and a broken elevator added to the noise.

“Muy buen hotel”

More space is needed for people checking in because the lobby gets too congested. In the café, a barista should be hired quickly considering its long operation. I couldn’t enjoy a good filter coffee because all the necessary elements were missing.

“Great area, great staff an awesome stay”

The area, the staff, and the entire property were great. Maybe offer other pillow options; they were a bit stiff but still worked.
