The location was great, but the cleanliness was lacking or completely absent, the hot water stopped working from day one, the Wi‑Fi never worked, the food was low quality and repetitive, and the kitchen was very basic.

“Muito boa, recomendo”

The sea view was amazing and the room was super spacious. We could always order water even though it wasn’t included. The breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff at the restaurant entrance and the hotel entrance were very disappointing.

“Lovely views and beautiful kept gardens but...”

The pools were good, but I felt they should have stayed open longer; a 5 pm closing time is quite early, especially in summer when it stays hot later in the day, and letting the kids swim later would have made the facilities even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing: there was very little variety across all three meals, many of the same dishes were served every day, the food was generally bland and not particularly suited to Western travellers, and the only dish we really enjoyed was the outdoor grilled chicken, which was very good. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding the all‑inclusive option, as the food selection and quality were not what we expected.

The hotel is very old and the services are worse than bad; nothing impressed me. Everything is very old, not suitable for accommodation, the room phone doesn’t work, and the services are very bad; the hotel does not deserve more than one star.

“Not bad, however, I am not coming back”

The location is good, the beach is good. The TV and phone don’t work, the bathroom and shower are old, and the restaurant needs more cleanliness.
