The location was outside the city and merged with huge traffic. The room toilet was broken and I found a used condom packet in the room. The bedsheet was not clean and there was no hanger in the wardrobe. I was staying with another person, but the receptionist boy denied providing two water bottles, so he gave me the room anyway. The toilet seat was broken, but he acted immediately and changed my room, which was the only good part. When I checked out in the morning I asked for a water bottle, and the boy told me to pay an extra amount over the printed MRP, which is unethical.
