“Great front desk staff. Clean rooms. Over priced and terrible parking situation.”

The staff were exceptional, and the rooms and property were very nice and clean, but parking was the worst—overpriced, no main walkway for wheelchairs or strollers so you had to walk all the way around to get into the hotel. I requested a late checkout and still had to pay a fee; my friends staying there were told there was no problem or fee. When I ordered food at the pool, I waited over 30 minutes for a pre‑prepared wrap that was cold, and it took far too long and involved talking to many staff members to get a refund. The lady who delivered the food was the only staff member who didn’t seem friendly or accommodating when I wanted to return the food and get a refund.

I never received the cleaning service in my room, and I don’t like that I have to pay for parking while staying at the hotel.

We need more Asian food, and adding more Asian options would improve your international service.
