Excellent service, but the room had no window.

The location was superb, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was full, and tea was available all night, especially coca tea for altitude sickness. The staff were very friendly. Although there was a stove, having air‑conditioning would be better because the nights are cold.

The place is in a great spot, staff are fantastic, rooms are large, air‑conditioning works well, there are two queen beds, hot water, clean linens, fluffy towels, and free Coca tea at reception. Breakfast was decent with eggs, toast, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice. It’s perfect for a four‑ or five‑day stay, with plenty of restaurants on the side streets and a supermarket about a 7‑minute walk. The Plaza De Armas is five minutes away, and the markets are a short walk. The staff were very helpful.
