Family‑owned, it offers rooms with reverse‑cycle air conditioning, carpet, free Wi‑Fi, flat‑screen TVs, electric blankets, and tea/coffee makers. Parking is available on‑site, including large vehicle and trailer spaces. The motel lies 450 m from the New England Regional Art Museum and a 5‑minute drive to Armidale Airport.

The room was clean with a comfy bed, an air conditioner, and a great location; free breakfast and friendly staff were added bonuses, and my son enjoyed the Goldfish pond. I can’t think of any negatives, maybe a clock in the room.

The room was nice and spacious, and breakfast was included and great. One meal at the restaurant was overcooked, the other was fine.
