“Uncomfortable stay with a lack of care by staff”

Because my company booked through a third party, I ended up with room 221, which should not have been available; the shower is difficult to enter, sprays sideways, and doesn’t drain, and when I raised the issue at checkout the staff offered no apology and seemed indifferent, so I will never book here again and will warn my company; also, I wasn’t offered a cookie at check‑in, which I expected from a place known for them.

The pool opened very early, but the room’s cooling system was weak.

“After my relocation to another room due to bugs (maybe bed bugs) my new room was amazing and clean.”

The location and staff were good, and my second room after relocation was great, but bugs were in the bathroom of my first room, on the shower and on the wall by my bed, which was very unsatisfying and not what I expected from a hotel like this.
