I really liked the hotel! It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and responsive. The atmosphere was pleasant and everything needed for a good rest was available. I only have positive impressions left. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to everyone! 😊

“Ben situat i bona relació qualitat-preu”

The location is good (metro, bus, supermarkets and restaurants nearby). You can leave your luggage when you leave at no cost. There is some noise in the room. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom and parts of the room need renovation. The staff only speak Russian, not English or Kazakh.

“Не советую!!!”

The location is convenient, almost everything is close by. First, the noise level is terrible and the door locks barely hold. On the first floor the room has a tiny window; I had to keep the lights on because I wanted natural light. On the second day of my stay, at about 4 am, a commotion started when someone was pounding on the door—I never figured out if it was because someone couldn't open it or because someone was sleeping and couldn't be opened. The administrator didn't come for an hour to solve the issue, so I fell asleep when I should have been up. In the morning there was another lack of an administrator, and another guest started searching for him and shouting. Overall, it was my first such experience, and as a woman I felt terribly scared. Thanks for the service.

“Filthy, poorly maintained, malfunctioning”

Nothing except the location. Everywhere is dirty, shower cabin is broken, towels are old, the doors don’t close well, all the furniture including the bed are low quality, the walls are filthy, the water in the basin wouldn’t run. It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed
