The location was quiet and central for sightseeing, and the room was comfortable with a nice bathroom, but you have to walk across grass and dirt, the breakfast is self‑service with bread that has been used by previous guests and is also “out of date,” the main house is noisy between 11‑12 pm, and the swimming pool is next to the hair salon with customers walking back and forth.

The room was spotless and cozy, and the hosts were very helpful. I wish the welcome booklet had more details on local activities and restaurants; based on other travelers’ comments I expected a homemade, fresh breakfast. In reality, the hosts provide plenty of self‑serve items: boxed fruit juice, tea, herbal tea, coffee, milk, muesli, yogurt, applesauce, jam, butter, sliced bread, and brioche. Maybe a small air‑conditioner would cool things down a bit and make it perfect.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the “Instant ZEN,” where the welcome was excellent. The pool was lovely and the room was spacious. Thanks for the meal tips that let us discover the port’s guinguettes. We loved our time with you! :)

Alain and Jean‑Michel are attentive, considerate, and discreet hosts. Their property is simply stunning and ideally located for exploring the region (by car, of course).

The hospitality and services were of high quality. Managing high temperatures was a challenge, but that’s not unique to this place!
