The house is designed with a lot of creative retro style. The bathroom is chic and modern, yet it features a bathtub instead of a shower, staying true to the retro vibe. The retro theme fell apart because chairs from a ballroom were stored in the corridor and two tables that didn’t belong were placed in front of the counter. The staff were indifferent and in a bad mood. It’s a shame the hotel sits right on the highway and a major road, which really disrupts the idyll, even though the rooms have sound‑deadening windows that keep them quiet.

The hotel is close to the town center, the staff are very caring and friendly. We didn’t follow the restaurant for dinner, but the kitchen staff packed the room so it wouldn’t get cold. The portions are huge. Pets are accepted without extra charge. The beds are comfortable. The dog keeps barking at the hallway, and there’s no guard around the hotel; when we arrive late in the evening or leave early in the morning, we have to keep our pets safe so they don’t wander off.

A very atmospheric place, great coffee with a view of the lavender, tasty breakfasts and menu dishes, and clean, well‑maintained interiors. The kids’ area is a bit small and in poorer condition, which is a shame given the beautiful, potential‑filled surroundings.
