The location was fine. The hotel played incredibly loud music 24/7—everyone should know this beforehand! We’ve never experienced such noise in a hotel, and it was truly nerve‑wracking.

“Bonne ambiance”

The staff’s kindness and friendliness, the quality of breakfast, and the state and comfort of the rooms were excellent. The only drawback is that you need to take a taxi whenever you want to go to a tourist spot.

Cleanliness, services, and breakfast were good. The resort markets itself as a youth venue with music from morning till evening, yet it also caters to families (it was written that access was only allowed on Mondays). For someone who chose it specifically to relax, hearing children shout, jump, and splash water on their own bed was not ideal. I personally had a child take my towel from my bed, where all personal items were left, and decided to use it to dry off. Another issue is that resort guests only have access to sunbeds in specific areas (often already booked), so those who should be treated better end up far from the pool and central zones.
