Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, yet the room’s location by the courtyard meant the air‑conditioning and ventilation system were loud, and overall cleanliness was lacking.

The hotel sits in a central spot, but the rooms feel old with uncomfortable beds, and the windows are outdated, making the place extremely noisy.

The central location was a plus, but there was no warning about the noisy intersection—so we couldn’t ventilate. The balcony was dirty, the upper window parts were grimy from the outside, and there was dust and insects in the frame inside. The shower had mold, especially at the lower doors. Cleaning happened only every two days and never even vacuumed! Breakfast was nothing special, just mortadella level. Very disappointing overall.

The staff and breakfast were very good, but it was very noisy on the street at night.

The location right on the Mosel is great, but construction has made it harder to reach the elevator from the side entrance at ground level.
