The location is very central, close to the main train station, pedestrian zone, cafés, and restaurants. The host was helpful and friendly. The apartment on the 5th floor offers a view over the rooftops of Florence. The apartment is two‑storey: the bathroom and entrance with coat closet are on the ground floor, connected by a spiral staircase to the bedroom. It’s a bit awkward with a lot of luggage. The bedroom is a bit tight (we had two large suitcases on the floor, but it was okay).

The location is great, the room is beautiful with a view, and the staff were lovely, even arranging a small birthday surprise for me! Nothing to add.

“On top of Florence”

The location is excellent. Everything was great. It was a double‑storey room with a bathroom downstairs, which didn’t bother me but might be inconvenient for some. The upside is that the bedroom literally overlooked the main sights of Florence, giving an ultimate Italian experience. I was solo, but it would be an incredibly romantic room for a couple. Just make sure you pick the room with the breathtaking view. Nothing else.

“A breathtaking view of the city—both day and night.”

The view was spectacular; I left my curtains open all day to watch the sun set and the moon rise over the rooftops—a poetic view for a poetic city.

The spot is great and the room was solid, but there was no attendant around.
