The staff were all friendly, and I was thrilled to find a towel elephant waiting on the bed as soon as I walked in on the first day. My favorite perk was the simple self‑serve breakfast available before 10 am, which offered toasted bread, a coffee machine, small biscuits and more, giving great value for money. The only drawback was the showerhead, which is fixed to the wall and can’t be removed, making it awkward to adjust for shorter guests, and the hot water never got very hot.

The hotel was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and cozy, and the value for money was amazing—about €33 a night for full service. They say there’s no breakfast, but there were actually biscuits, toast, tea, juices and coffee available! The laundry service was also great, and the location is perfect for walking around Chiang Mai.
