The central spot was perfect and it was very quiet, with nothing to complain about.

The welcome was warm, the spot was superb and the room was comfortable, yet the toiletries were limited, there was no breakfast option, and the bathroom felt cramped.

The service was very personal and friendly—more like staying with a friend than in a hotel. My ground‑floor room had windows that opened, and the hotel was just a short walk from the railway station on a quiet street right in the centre, which was very convenient. Everything was just fine.

The property sits in the heart of Chichester town and the welcome was very warm. The room was clean and comfortable, and Emma made you feel at home, taking the time to chat. The small touches, like leaving a bottle of prosecco outside our door for our anniversary, made the stay special.
