“A good place to stay but please confirm with hotel first to avoid last minute hassles”

The location was good. I didn’t stay myself but organized the stay for about 20 guests because the hotel hosted my daughter’s wedding reception, so it was the best place for their accommodation. The staff messed up some check‑ins; I personally went to the hotel, gave clear instructions, and emailed that I would cover all expenses. Still, some guests had trouble checking in. One guest wasn’t allowed to check in even though we had a hard copy of the approval and the hotel said they hadn’t received any information. I don’t know who was at fault, but to avoid embarrassment, I checked her into a new room with extra money. Because of these incidents I had to spend extra to book rooms instantly, even though they were already confirmed. I had no time to argue because I had to be at the event and then return to work.

There were cockroaches, so it was not a good stay.

“It was stinky, dirty and not worth the $120 a night”

Not much to say… The bed was comfortable. The elevators were broken and the staff elevators we had to use were nasty and smelly. Cleaning staff left garbage bags in the hallway overnight. We didn’t get the breakfast we paid for in our package because the front desk said it wasn’t included.

“Not pleased with accommodations”

The lobby was clean and the staff were wonderful. Everything in our room was damp—bedding, carpets, and it smelled of mildew. The rooms were old and outdated.

“Didn’t stay. Absolute HELL hole”

No air conditioning, the room was dirty and smelled bad, and there were sketchy people hanging around outside that made me feel unsafe.
