The host was very friendly and gave good restaurant tips. Check‑in and check‑out went smoothly. The room was comfortable and had a fridge, kettle, cups, and coffee‑tea sachets. It was perfect for a short stop. Public transport was very close and there was no problem getting anywhere.

Overall, I liked everything. The host was extremely welcoming, helpful, and always available via WhatsApp to answer questions. Even though we arrived around 2 am, we were received without any hassle. The accommodation is well served by public transport, with a bus stop right at the door, and the area feels safe. I highly recommend it and would stay again. The breakfast service was disappointing; on Sundays it wasn’t offered at all. There’s a partnership with a nearby bakery that is friendly, but the included options are limited to just a cappuccino and a croissant. We tried to add butter or ham to a plain croissant on the first day, but the answer was a flat “no.” The partnership concept is good, but the menu should be more flexible and complete.

Everything was great, the room was spotless and fully equipped. Cristiano and Alessandro were very helpful and gave excellent recommendations on places to visit and how to get there. The bus line to the historic center stopped almost right outside the B&B and it’s also very close to a main train station. Rooms on the street side can be a bit noisy for light sleepers, but the traffic calms down as the night goes on.

The staff member Cristiano was fantastic, always friendly and ready to help, guiding us even before we arrived. The room was very comfortable and everything was spotless. However, the hotel is far from Trastevere’s food scene and taxi service is very limited. The tram is close but confusing to use, and there is little chance to ask staff for help.
