Nice location and close to the tram stop to Venice. Very loud AC, not possible to sleep due to the noise.

Location is very good, tram to Venice takes 5! Stop = 20-25 min, airport by bus from the house 3 min stop, outlet also from the same stop. I walked from the Mestre station; someone wrote in reviews that it’s close on foot, no! With heat and a suitcase 2 km. The host is very welcoming. Good price‑quality ratio.

Elegant, nice room. There are perfect lights in the room, and a comfortable bed. You have a great privacy. It is very near to the old city of Venice by tram. It was easy to get in. Other guests are also comfortable people here. Good price for value. There is not even a glass in the room, one can drink water only from the tap or a bottle. Also there is no kettle - but already I had known it before.

Very clean, comfortable mattress, very close to the metro and bus stop. Not such good communication with the host.
