The hotel was dirty, and my husband only told me the next morning that he’d seen a cockroach in the bathroom after we’d already left the car; if we’d known, we’d have left that night. The overall cleaning was inadequate.

We discovered drug paraphernalia inside a tissue box in the bathroom, and the room itself stank; nobody was at the front desk to help.

I’m still waiting to see when my $50.00 deposit will be returned to my account, and I’m annoyed having to pay a deposit for nothing.

Wonderful girl at the front counter. Pleasant and warm welcome. Was not told about breakfast hours-My daughter and I came down for breakfast. The man at the desk said it ends at 9am. I was shocked. 9 am ? Was not informed, when I asked him about it, he said its on the card key. We left with no breakfast ! I was really upset, we do not need to check out till 11, but breakfast ends at 9 ? After a long night, some people are not ready to eat at 6,7,8 am in the morning
