“Un desastre”

The outside of the place looked charming, but we never got to test the interior because we left right away. The address listed online was wrong, and the owner had to send us a different one before we finally found it. When we got inside, there was a strong dog odor and everything felt damp and rotten, so we decided to walk out immediately.

Read this warning: the listing should be taken off the site because guests are being misled. We ended up getting a full refund after never using the second night, but the host didn’t even have the rooms cleaned or stocked with sheets or blankets. The main host was on vacation in Greece, leaving his elderly father to manage, and he clearly didn’t understand that people had paid for a stay.

“Nebuvo suteikta”

We never got a room – the place was impossible to locate and the host kept sending contradictory emails, first saying they were waiting for us, then that they wouldn’t accept us while we were on our bikes. When I called to sort it out, the person claimed ignorance and then just cut the line. Very frustrating experience.

The garden and the living area were pleasant, but arriving after dark made it a nightmare to locate the entrance on a dim street. The barking dogs kept me on edge until the manager finally showed up after more than ten minutes. Inside, the mattress was thin and worn, the shower water pooled like a small lake, and the sink leaked onto my feet, with loose pipes hanging everywhere. The manager only spoke Bulgarian and couldn’t read any Latin letters, which didn’t help at all.

“Кошмарен”

There was nothing redeeming about this stay; the bed was practically unusable and the bathroom was a disaster. Hot water was almost nonexistent and the whole space was covered in mold, making it impossible to feel comfortable.
