The room was well‑equipped and spotless, with a fridge‑bar, sink, and microwave—10/10—so you can stock up at the Oxxo and keep your drinks chilled for late‑night TV. The front desk guy was very distracted, always on his phone, never putting it down; when we checked in he was laughing by himself, which felt rude and unprofessional.

The place was easy to get to and the room was clean. The shower had no soap or shampoo dispensers, so we had to bring our own.
