The staff were exceptional, most called me by name throughout my stay. Room and amenities were great. I like the smaller size compared with large resorts. Pool could have been more inviting.

The location is nice, but the hotel looks worn out and the cleaning could have been better. Housekeeping arrives early and knocks on the door; they even walk into the next room while I'm sleeping and make noise. Staff keep asking “how’s your program today?” and try to sell things all the time.

The spot is right in the city centre, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped, with plenty of little touches: chips, cookies, fruit, water bottles, afternoon tea… The staff are very kind and attentive. The pool and décor are great, and the value for money is excellent. Nothing was wrong, everything was top‑class!
