“Ottima accoglienza,”

The welcome was excellent, the rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and you can get fresh sheets on site if you travel by motorcycle like me, but there is no space for sleeping bags. The location is perfect for hikers on the Francigena and for other travelers, and the lake view is breathtaking, almost as impressive as the climb up the Rocca dei Papi.

Everything was perfect; I would have liked the information upon arrival, as I had to go fishing to learn how to use the spaces… the password, the door code. The fact that I don’t speak Italian doesn’t help. Nothing else, it was perfect.

“Nel mio caso una struttura interamente per me”

I arrived on a scorching June day and the very kind lady Daniela told me I could pick one of the three available bedroom‑rooms. Nobody else was on the premises, so I chose the one overlooking the courtyard, not the street, and rested wonderfully. The room was pleasantly cool, and I noticed the double‑glazed windows with mosquito nets. The bathrooms are new, modern, and spotless, and everything else was clean. The large kitchen has tables and benches, and from there you get an unmatched view of Lake Bolsena. They offer tea bags or herbal infusions to brew a drink. In short, needing to cool down and recover after a long trip, I was very satisfied.

“Muy limpio, moderno y acogedor. Trato muy cálido :-)”

The staff is very friendly, the place is super clean, very pretty and modern, and the price is very, very reasonable! The views of Lake Bolsena and the sunset are gorgeous! Only one bathroom and two showers (or at least those I saw) are shared by a lot of people. It’s outside the center and shops/cafés, etc. (but they’re not far – 10~15 min walking).
