The flat was well‑located, but it needed a lot of fixes. The AC leaked water onto the kitchen cabinet top, and the cabinet ceiling already had a damp damage, so it wasn’t the first time. The shower floor was broken and missing a piece that had come loose, so water pooled and left a terrible impression. The glass door and shower taps also had problems. The photos on the site weren’t of the same room.

The location was fine, but the tenth floor was under construction, with loud noise and dust; as someone with asthma, it was a nightmare, and visibility in the corridor was poor.

Very well placed facing a shopping centre, close to bus and metro stops. The Ministry Avenue suite, restaurant, pool, and sauna are on site. The kitchen lacked mugs and a kettle.
