Neuadd Henllan Lodge

The place was very quiet and clean, the staff were friendly and polite, and I arrived earlier than the scheduled check‑in time; I spoke with a staff member named Owen (hope I spelled that correctly) who let me into a room ahead of schedule. Thanks again for the assistance—it was much appreciated.

“all good”

Everything was good, and there was nothing that needed improvement.

“Bit over-priced for what it is, but it is so convenient it makes up for it.”

The location was very convenient and the staff were lovely, but the rubbish outside the room windows was unpleasant; I mentioned it and the staff thanked me and said they would handle it.

“Excellent choice and value for an overnight stop.”

I was on a motorcycling trip, soaked from constant rain, but I could park the bike under cover and dry everything with the heated towel rail, ready for the next day; the evening food selection was limited, yet I enjoyed what I ordered and didn’t need to walk into town, and the reception guy was very helpful and welcoming. The evening food choice was quite limited.

“Not what we expected for the money however, the staff were friendly and accommodating.”

Rooms were a little tired and could do with a make over
