The location was excellent, the room was spacious, and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was nice and the location convenient, and the room size was decent, but the noise from the party floor was too loud and ruined my sleep; the AC turned off in the middle of the night and I woke up sweating.

The food was very good, but an all‑night event that we weren't told about during booking or check‑in kept playing loud music until 1 am on the 5th floor, shaking the whole building because it wasn't sound‑proof, so none of us could rest; we had stayed mainly to get some sleep before a competition that didn't happen because of this, and I would not recommend staying here, especially on weekends, if you want peace and rest.

The Nysa bar was loud until 12 midnight, and the pillows were only hard—no soft ones—while the bar noise could be heard from rooms on the 3rd floor.
