Unfortunately, our stay was a letdown from start to finish. The room was dirty, and the noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep. The staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which didn't help matters. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The KTV exclusive room was a highlight, with staff going out of their way to help us. However, the room's door lock was a bit finicky, and the price didn't quite match the quality. We also had issues with the shower not being hot, the bed being uncomfortable, and the WiFi being hard to reach. To top it off, there were limited outlets for charging our devices.
