I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's building, the overall ambiance, and the staff's exceptional service. They truly made my stay memorable with their warm hospitality. However, I did notice a few minor issues that could be improved upon.

The staff at this hotel truly stood out, with a special mention to Mr. Akhtar who made sure I felt welcome. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several disappointments that left me feeling underwhelmed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and overall quality, making it a great addition to the region. The owners deserve credit for creating such a wonderful establishment. However, I felt that the food options could be expanded to cater to a broader range of tastes.
