I met some fantastic people here, but the service left something to be desired.

“Muy bonito pero lástima que se vaya con sabor agridulce cuando uno ve el esfuerzo que otros ponen ..”

The surroundings were spectacular, but on the second morning the shower had no hot water, and even after calling reception the issue wasn’t fixed; it’s a pricey hotel, so a bit of inconvenience is tolerable, but the lack of urgency or explanation is a serious flaw.

“Inolvidable”

Everything about the experience was magnificent, but I found the reading light in bed with the mosquito net inadequate; I managed with one of the reading lamps, though a better option would help.
