“Thất vọng”

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The beach was a highlight, with beautiful scenery that I enjoyed. However, I was disappointed with the state of the interior, which was in dire need of an upgrade. The worn-out furnishings detracted from my overall experience.

While the hotel's beach location was a major plus, and the pool looked nice, it was unfortunately not clean. Unfortunately, this resort has seen better days. Everything is run down and shabby, and it's clear that the management is either new or lacking in resources. The breakfast could have been a highlight, but unfortunately, every single hot item was cold.

Unfortunately, my stay was a huge disappointment, with everything from the facilities to the handling of issues being subpar. The overall experience was underwhelming, and I felt that it wasn't worth the money I spent. The quality of the hotel had clearly deteriorated, which was a letdown.
