The reception staff were attentive, the hotel’s location is close to the beach, restaurants, and transport is easy; the area feels safe. The air conditioning didn’t work well, and when we asked for towels they didn’t give them. Breakfast was delayed; we were told it would be ready by 9 am, but we arrived at 7 am and were only served at 9 am because there were many guests and no seating available, and by then the menu was limited.

The place was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great—just a few minutes from the historic centre and the marina, within walking distance of several restaurants, a sports bar, and an international ATM, all very convenient, and the breakfast was great! The room we received was not the one we had chosen in the reservation and no explanation was given.
