We received a roomy accommodation with a very comfortable bed and a functional kitchenette. Traffic noise was present, but keeping the windows closed kept it from being a major issue.

Benson Court Motel is located in Toowong, 3 minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, and cafes. The motel offers self-contained rooms with balconies or patios, an outdoor BBQ area surrounded by gardens, and daily serviced rooms with kitchenettes and en-suite bathrooms. Nearby attractions include the University of Queensland St Lucia Campus, Wesley Hospital, and Suncorp Stadium, 30 km from Brisbane Airport.

The location was the main attraction, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with effective curtains for light. Public transport was reasonably accessible. The downside was that one room was close to noisy trains and the other to a major road; a better coffee selection would have improved the stay.

The price was reasonable and the spot was perfect for visiting family, though the place feels a bit dated, but you can’t complain given the cost.
