There was no breakfast. Someone next to us had a dog 🐕 that cried and barked most of the night.

“Beautiful location but not suitable for disabled access”

We were thrilled with the location and the beautiful grounds, but the room lacked curtains, so we had to drape a blanket over the sliding glass doors to keep privacy and block light. We also asked for an accessible room because we were traveling with elderly guests who needed handrails in the bathroom; the manager assured us the bathroom was accessible, yet the shower had a step down, the glass doors were present, and there were no railings around the toilet or shower, making it unsafe to use. When I mentioned this to the manager, they simply said, “just be happy.”

Just outside Tamworth, plenty of space. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the on‑site restaurant was excellent.

I absolutely loved this stay—nice rooms, clean, and the staff were lovely. I can’t fault it.
