Absolutely nothing good! The area feels unsafe and the hotel is awful—only suitable for cockroaches, not people.

The photos mislead you; the room is decent in size but the toilet is filthy with stains on the bowl and inside. Pillows are ripped, yellow, and worn out. Doors have marks, a washed‑out yellow tint, and a broken knob, while the room carries a casino‑like smoke odor. Running the AC didn’t clear the smell; it itself smelled of mildew, and the heater at night had a burnt, old heater scent. Bed linens felt clean but their quality was questionable, and the AC made clinking noises. Towels were not white—flat, discolored, stained, and soft. The front desk woman was kind, yet the place is misleading.

I couldn’t find any positives. When I arrived with my family, they didn’t honor my reservation and had no rooms left, leaving us with nowhere to stay.

The manager, James, was great. I feel bad for the employees who work so hard; Hemet isn’t very nice.
