部屋が寒かった 空調をheat で28℃に設定しても温かくならない ルームサービスを呼んだが ダメ 結局空調を止め 毛布を持ってきてくれた. ２ｐｍに行ったが チェックイン３ｐｍなので待たされて 1日目出かけて３ｐｍに帰ってきたらまだ部屋の掃除に1時間かかると言われた フロントに文句を言ったらずっとにらまれた カスハラになるのかな？ フロントマネジャーをよんで話したら丁寧謝られた しかしおかしいのは変わらない 最初2時に行って部屋準備できていたら米国なら入れてくれる 3時に帰ってきたらまだ掃除終わってない 入れない こんなホテルあるか❕もう日本のシェラトンにはいかない 2泊で15万いじょうかかってるんだよ

I had stayed here before and was fully satisfied, so I booked again; after a rough period where I couldn't eat much, the breakfast was a delight and I was glad, and the room was also completely satisfactory. There were no problems.
