The view is really nice, but the place feels a bit cold and lacks coziness. Breakfast is bland, served in plastic cups, and you can only fill a croissant, with a small yogurt cup and a kiwi per person. Dining in a large hall with big tables feels uncomfortable; a terrace breakfast would be better. The pool was never ready because cleaning ran all day, with hoses and pipes everywhere, so it wasn’t inviting for a swim. We felt hardly welcomed, and the whole property comes across as just a luxurious façade without heart.

The location is amazing, the view is perfect, and maintenance is top‑level; even though we didn’t speak fluent English, we managed fine with the dinner service and the facilities. We could have been given more luxurious rooms since we were alone, but that was a minor issue.

The property is very beautiful, Giorgio the owner is very friendly, and the olive trees and view are enchanting. I would definitely improve the breakfast, which offers little variety and only sweet options.

The venue is stunning, the reception hall with a pool is a great choice for a major event, and the location met 100 % of our expectations. It was a bit disorganized, but they accommodated our requests and let us stay in the pool for an extra two hours after check‑out. I noticed a lack of organization; on the day we arrived, the half‑board was not available (despite being listed on the website), which disrupted our plans. The place is far from the town and other services. The staff were not the most courteous or organized; reading the many polite messages, I could have met them that day, but given the size and elegance of the hall, I expected a more meticulous service that matched the venue.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but the views and grounds are stunning. There is no breakfast choice—only a sweet option. The bedroom was fine, but it also had a bunk‑bed next to a double bed, making it feel more like a family room.
