Breakfast was superb, served in the room, hearty and excellent, with orange juice in a large carafe, butter, two kinds of jam, outstanding artisanal honey, and the bread was very good—or croissants or other pastries on request. The neighborhood is quiet and well connected by public transport. Customer service was flawless. The owner is helpful, always available, listens to you, provides information at booking, and gives easy transport tips to reach monuments or other sites. The bedding is comfortable and everything is very clean. The bathroom, toilets, etc. are all tidy.

Emmanuel was a perfect host, greeting us warmly and showing us the best spots in Paris. Every morning he served a tasty breakfast, taking our preferences into account and even asking what time we wanted it delivered to our room. He cleaned the bathroom and shower whenever someone used them. The room offered an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. When I return to Paris, I’ll definitely stay with him again! Thanks for everything. Everything was perfect.

First, I want to highlight Emmanuel’s warmth and friendliness. The room is exactly as advertised and located in a great area near Porte d’Orléans metro, from which you can reach everywhere. He offers a rich breakfast and city information. He speaks French and English and really made us feel at home. I will definitely come back. Don’t hesitate to book your rooms.

I stayed with my daughter in a small but tidy room in a beautiful art‑deco apartment. Emmanuel greeted us warmly and delivered a tasty continental breakfast every morning, which was perfect to start the day. The bathroom is on the hallway, so make sure the front door doesn’t slam shut or bring your key. The shower is shared with other guests, but that didn’t bother us. The plumbing is well maintained. The metro is close, making it easy to explore all the tourist spots. The garden‑side room is small; that could be clearer in the listing, but for our two‑night stay it wasn’t an issue. We spent the whole day walking around the Light City.
