Pyramids Home Guest House

The family running the facility helped us with everything. Finding the facility was very easy. We had a perfect pyramid view, and the pyramids were only a 3‑minute walk away.

The location, hospitality, and price were good. A boy named Halim met me, spoke English well, and helped me settle in and solve all my questions. Finding the place was very hard; I had to call the apartment representative (Halim) for help. I had to use Google Maps to locate the Nino Sandwich Shop, which sits in the corner of the courtyard, right of the apartment exit. The bathroom was clean. The window looked out onto a courtyard where people provide services on horses, camels, and donkeys, so all those animals are right outside my window, and the smell was strong. It was very noisy! But on the other hand, that’s exotic. The view of the pyramids and their proximity compensate for everything.

The hosts were amazing, they made sure I had time during my stay with a comfy room and homemade breakfasts. The view from the terrace is incredible.

Everything went well. Mr Halimo and family always help. Check‑in and check‑out are flexible. I had a late night flight and they let me stay until late evening, which was very helpful. The place is very near the pyramids entrance / ticket office from the Sphinx side.

I extended again. The guest house is very near the pyramids ticket office – Sphinx side (200 m). The room is comfortable and has everything one needs. The kettle in the room was a saviour. The family are welcoming and great hosts. The son Halim is always helping and made sure the stay was good. He even offered a tasty lunch meal. Altogether the stay was comfortable and I will come again.
