Holiday Inn Express Jinan Airport Zone by IHG

“服務人員友好”

Quiet, clean. No one helped with the luggage.

“The hotel staff was amazing. They picked me up from the airport and I really appreciate them for that”

The bed and the stuff were amazing!. The carpet along the corridor is a pain, it was a bit difficult to drag my bags along the passage to and from my room. The menu could use an upgrade

“Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended”

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional throughout my visit. Their customer service was excellent, and they were always willing to assist whenever Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. There was a slight language barrier, but the staff were always patient and willing to use a translator to communicate effectively with me
