The spot is great, and the breakfast was generous and tasty. The hosts were super kind and, for no extra charge, moved us into a pricier, more luxurious hotel instead of Haus Elisabeth. We’re grateful for that unexpected upgrade.

The sauna was noisy, with Hungarian guests talking loudly. It made it hard to relax.

The location is spot on—close to hiking trails, a bus stop right next to the entrance, and a free bus card. Parking’s free at the front door, and the breakfast was tasty, though a bit bland. Fresh juices were good, and the heating works. Coffee, tea, and other drinks cost extra. The single room on the ground floor was plain and had a side window facing the street, so it was very loud. The doors kept banging all evening and into the night.
