“Familiar and comfortable stay”
Fifth visit to this hotel which I guess says it all! Very convenient for visiting attractions / events at the botanical gardens. Also I love Ruth Chris steak house!. Nothing really! Could do with the option of USC sockets now instead of USB

The room and king‑size bed were excellent, and the shower was great, but the American breakfast was cold and overcooked, the price didn’t justify the value, and I was charged for Wi‑Fi that didn’t work.

Clean, updated, shuttle to Ravinia, shuttle driver very helpful. Really nothing at all. Very nice facility. Friendly staff!
