“Davvero perfetto!”

The room and bathroom are very spacious, brand new and spotless, with 5* comfort. They include a bathroom set, a coffee machine, capsules, a kettle with tea and herbal infusions. A good pizzeria is just a walk away for dinner, and breakfast is nice at a nearby bar. A great discovery; highly recommended! No complaints.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and modern—everything was great! The only downside was that there were no additional items.

The room was wonderfully comfortable, modern, and spacious. Naples is notoriously noisy, even in this residential area, so we appreciated the well‑insulated rooms. Breakfast vouchers were handed out to the friendly and efficient local café downstairs, where we enjoyed a typical Naples breakfast of coffee and a sweet treat. A 5‑minute walk to the metro made it easy to reach the city centre, which was great if you prefer staying outside the hustle and bustle. The area felt safe and easy to stroll around. The portinaia (concierge) was a bit rude about the recycling issue—we didn’t take any rubbish out but were accused, and it felt like they didn’t want tourists in this residential building, which we understand given the horror stories about Airbnb in such units. However, not all guests behave badly, so less judgement of everyone would be appreciated; we are still paying customers. We understand her concerns, but recycling should be handled by management. If guests want to take their own rubbish out, kindly give instructions on how to do this correctly in the building either when booking or in the communal hallway if it is a concern. Our balcony had a lot of equipment left on it, and the view of a car wash in front of us was not ideal.

The room was very nice and the idea of having breakfast in the Neapolitan café was great; the street was a bit noisy but everything fit well. The only issue was that we couldn’t store our luggage before 15:00.
