The place is beautiful, spotless and fully equipped. Its position makes island exploration very easy. Even though we told the staff our arrival time, we would have preferred a personal greeting, especially since the managers were visibly on site. The instructions allow for self‑check‑in and check‑out, but it’s nicer to be met by real people instead of a WhatsApp message and a key box.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made it possible for us to stay a little longer while we waited for our flight. The setting is calm and peaceful, about an hour from anywhere on the island. The cleanliness was perfect, a ten, and we would recommend it 100 %.

The 13th‑century building has an amazing history. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet still close to all the conveniences. It’s an ideal base for exploring, no matter where you head.
