I chose a hotel close to the airport because we were arriving at night, and being able to sleep for a few hours was pretty decent; check‑in was quick and the room had everything we needed.

The reception staff were okay, but the constant noise from the doors next to my room, especially the workers coming in and out of the storage and talking loudly, kept me from sleeping despite the receptionist repeatedly assuring me that the staff would be quieter; the insomnia and fatigue forced me to leave after only three days.

This place is my usual spot, honestly; the services and facilities are great, the price fits the location and proximity to everything, and I’m grateful to the reception staff, especially Mr. Shamsan, for his cooperation and kind demeanor, mashallah.

A very beautiful hotel, clean, excellent location, and friendly staff. I thank my brother Yislam; he has a great deal of knowledge about my country, Colombia. We will come to visit you again

Mashallah the staff are at the pinnacle of refinement and their handling of every need is wonderful; the hotel’s location is exceptional, close to all services, and personally I consider it my first and last stop in Jeddah.
