This apartment is stunning. The location is excellent just 10 min walk to the heart of the old city .The host filip could not be more helpful. If you need a good place to stay in split then this one is perfect. Nothing

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Filip was an incredible host and such a kind and helpful person. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond: he picked us up at the bus terminal, told us about Split and gave us useful information about the city, and throughout our entire stay he was always available and willing to help with anything we needed. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, spacious, and smelled wonderful. It had all the amenities we could possibly need and was very comfortable. The location was also excellent. only about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, which made it perfect for exploring Split on foot. If you wanted to go further, there were plenty of public transport options nearby, as well as supermarkets, shops, and everything you might need. We had a wonderful experience and would 100% recommend staying here. Thank you, Filip, for making our stay in Split even better!. Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better stay

The room looked exactly like the photo, and the building itself is a block with a slightly old entrance, but the room is on a fully renovated floor. We were greeted by the owner, a very friendly guy who explained everything. Inside the room there was a fridge with water and juice, tea bags and coffee, plus an electric kettle. A phone charger and toiletries were provided in the bathroom. Parking was lucky; we found a free, no‑charge street nearby. The old town is a 10‑minute walk away. The next morning we went to a hotel across the street that we had arranged with them, paying 10 euros for a very good all‑you‑can‑eat buffet. Nothing to complain about.
