I found the place spotless, the pool area was lovely and the overall vibe was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and when the pool bar opened they kept walking around asking if you wanted drinks, which was a nice touch. The pool bar didn’t open every day, though I’m not sure why, but there’s another bar near reception for drinks. I would have liked at least tea or coffee making facilities in the room, and it really feels more like an adult‑only accommodation – there were no kids around during our stay until the last few days, so I probably wouldn’t stay during school holidays.

“Great location and friendly staff”

The room was clean and a good size, the location was good and the staff were really friendly, but the shower didn’t drain quickly enough, though it didn’t affect the stay.

I liked virtually everything - the room, the location, the buffet breakfast, helpful staff. Getting a late check-out is a bit of a hit-and-miss process. We asked at reception the night before check-out if we could have a late check-out, as we had a late return flight. We were told that it was 90% likely that we could have it, but when we asked the next morning, it wasn't available. They need a system for requesting late check-outs at the time of booking. However, I should add that they let us continue using the facilities, and they did say as well that they could open up a room for us to have a shower before leaving, so that did make up to some degree for the unavailability of the late check-out
